Good service can make a difference to an entire day, and sometimes even to the memories we take home from a journey.

It can be the warm welcome at a small family hotel, a taxi driver who takes a little extra care, a restaurant where guests feel genuinely welcome, or a local business that makes an effort to help when something unexpected happens.

These are the places and people we want to recognise through the GoVisitMoldova Service Programme.

The programme is open to businesses across Moldova, regardless of their size or where they are 
located. Hotels, restaurants, cafés, car rentals, shops, workshops, personal services and many others can be considered.

What matters is not how large or expensive a place is, but how it treats the people who come 
through its doors.

Not every business will be accepted.

Businesses are evaluated individually, looking at their service, reliability, professionalism and the overall experience they offer.

We know that no two businesses are exactly alike, and the final decision is based on the complete impression, not simply a comparison with another business.

There is an initial fee to be considered for the programme, but payment does not guarantee acceptance.

Approved businesses pay a participation fee every six months or annually and recognition is not something a business receives once and keeps forever.

We expect participating businesses to maintain their standards and if the quality of service drops, a business can lose its place in the programme.

Visitors will be able to recognise participating businesses through the GoVisitMoldova Service 
Programme sign.

Our wish is simple.

When you see that sign, we want you to feel that someone has taken the time to look a little closer at 
the service you can expect, because extraordinary good service is not always found in the most 
expensive places.

Sometimes it is found in the smallest.
